1. Propose a testing program that is considered adequate to render a professional opinion with respect to all issues detailed below and included in his/her report. The proposal will include total estimated cost of this program for Waterproofing and Envelope Testing. 2. The building will be constructed as listed in the a:ached schedule and will include 3 total floors. 3. All envelope testing will comply with local codes and regulations. 4. Coordinate testing and structures needed with local utilities and authorities having jurisdiction as necessary and required by law. 5. Consultant shall review the final design documents (Construction Documents) with respect to air and water intrusion, long-term quality of the installation, product compatibility, details at intersections of different material types, appropriate use of products, constructability, and potential value engineering options. Review shall cover all building envelope components including roofing, window systems, EIFS, stone, joint sealants, etc.
