The purpose of this RFI is to help the university gain a better understanding of the current market, costs, and other relevant information. As we approach the end of the current agreement, this information will help administration plan and prepare to provide the best transportation option for the campus community. The University seeks information on the following: The University requests the following information (assume 10-year contract with one 2-year option): 1) Turn-key hourly rate including contractor providing a facility to house the buses, office space, and provide maintenance (maintenance can be outsourced by contractor if need be but maintenance must be included in this hourly rate) a. Same as above but with university providing buses 2) Turn-key hourly rate with university providing space for bus parking and office space a. Same as above but with university providing buses 3) Turn-key hourly rate with university providing space for bus parking, maintenance shop, (operated by contractor) and office space a. Same as above but with university providing buses
