Lightbulb and Ballast Installation Refer to specification. One-time installation only for the interior of the Tuscaloosa County DHR facility.• Replace non-functional and outdated light bulbs and ballasts using materials supplied by DHR. o Roughly 229 bulbs and 20 ballasts. The exact quantity is to be determined during the site visit. • Remove existing non-functional ballasts.• Install new standard ballasts that are already on-site in designated fixtures.• Confirm proper wiring and secure installation per electrical standards.• Ensure all wiring and components are properly installed for full fixture functionality – not just bulb and ballast replacement.• Clean up all work areas following installation.Additional Requirements:Installation locations and exact quantities shall be determined during the site visit. Materials shall be supplied by DHR Tuscaloosa Co. Office.• Unit price shall cover: installation, ballast and bulb removal, and cleanup.• Debris, old ballasts, lamps, and bulbs shall be disposed of off-site.• Verify with POC that supplies are on-site before scheduling installation.• Quote shall include all costs, including trip charges, mileage, supplies, labor, permit fees (if applicable), lift trucks, and any additional amounts necessary to complete the work.• All vendors shall have a current license on file at the time of award and installation.• All work shall be completed in one trip and finished in April 2025.Payment Terms:Net 30, paid in arrears after service completion. No invoicing prior to service completion.
