1. The Audio/Video systems shall have a head-end QSC Q-sys digital signal processing for AV/Control distribution over IP to various locations both indoors and outside the building. Each area shall function as an autonomous system or in any combination of combined fashion and shall be easily selectable from both a rack mounted 10.1” touch panel as well as from a wireless iPad (note: iPad, the main equipment rack, a digital audio playback device, and the wireless mics with remote antennas as well as TV’s noted on the drawings are to be supplied by Owner and integrated with this new AV system). A digital signage appliance shall be mounted in the rack and connected to the video over IP as well as the Owner’s network for internet access and routed via the touch panel or iPad to any of the listed TVs and the projector noted on the drawings as Owner Provided Equipment (OPE). All four OPE wireless mics shall be usable in both the Show Room Audio and the Multipurpose Room Audio system both in the preset configurations as well as the portable mix system via the Dante network noted below. a. SHOW ROOM shall including the following features according to the drawings: i. Audio: a distributed speaker system using the Danley Sound Labs (DSL) SM110 speakers wired to the DSL DNA amplifiers in the main rack (RK1 – OPE) for complete coverage of the floor and bleacher seating. It shall have independent gain structures over the two proposed stage areas that shall be configured from the touch panel(s) depending on the presets for each stage location for best gain before feedback. ii. Wall plates for both XLR microphone inputs, SDI, DMX, as well as Bluetooth over IP connectivity shall be integrated on the walls noted on the drawings. iii. Video over IP shall be distributed from two HDMI wall plates at the stage locations and the bleacher location noted on the drawings for image magnification and configurable from the touch panel or wireless iPad. The images shall be distributed to the following: 1. Owner’s existing projector 2. Owner’s existing wall mounted TVs (x3) iv. A new QSC Q-Sys distribution, network, and control system located in the existing main rack (RK1 – OPE) with a touch panel for control and configuration of the AV systems campus wide. b. The Stage Lighting System shall have preset configurations and be controllable from the touch panel or the Owner’s wireless iPad for general day-to-day functionality; however, during events requiring a more dynamic impact, it shall be controlled by the DMX lighting console connected to the wall plate DMX connection noted on the drawings. i. System shall consist of the following general features according to the drawings: 1. A lighting truss grid in a square format hung from the center of the room in alignment with the centers of both the two main stage areas 2. Key LED lighting fixtures of both Fresnel and Ellipsoidal types mounted to the trussing for full stage coverage of both stages as well as the major entry points on the north and south walls noted in the drawings.
