7.1. SNAKE A WAY TREATMENT: The vendor must: 7.1.1. Provide quarterly treatments for 16,880 linear feet total. 7.1.2. Provide snake repellant treatments (e.g., Snake-A-Way EPA Reg # 58630-1). 7.1.3. Apply an 8 to 12-inch barrier around all buildings (except for concreted areas) and an 8 to 12-inch barrier around all fences bordering the facilities. 7.2. ANT CONTROL: The vendor must: 7.2.1. Provide annual treatment for 564,267 square feet of turf total. 7.2.2. Provide once a year treatment for outdoor ant control services, during the month of April. Estmated dispense amounts of chemicals located on Pricing Schedule. 7.2.3. Provide pesticide treatments (e.g., TopChoice Insecticide granules EPA Reg No. 432-1217). Treatments must be designed to control fire ants for up to one year. 7.3. INSPECTION: The vendor must: 7.3.1. Perform an initial inspection of all facilities. 7.3.2. Evaluate the pest control needs at each location. 7.3.3. Identify, during the initial inspection and ongoing performance of services, problem areas and any equipment, structural features, or management practices that are contributing to pest infestation. 7.3.4. Provide recommendations of measures to eliminate the conditions on the service ticket. (Ref. Para. 7.11.2.14.).
