The Bonsall Unified School District’s Child Nutrition Services Department is requesting a quotation for fresh ready to serve pizza delivery on Fridays during the 2025-2026 school year. Quotations are requested for furnishing the items described below in accordance with the following terms: 1. Quotation must provide your best possible per pizza price that includes delivery and any applicable fees. 2. Pizzas will be delivered to the following school sites on most Fridays that school is in session: Bonsall Elementary School, 31555 Old River Road, Bonsall Bonsall West Elementary School, 5050 El Mirlo Drive, Oceanside Sullivan Middle School 7350 West Lilac Road, Bonsall 3. Deliveries will be between 9:00 am and 11:00 am. The exact time that delivery is needed at each school site will be determined by the District once the school site daily schedules are released for the 2025-2026 school year. 4. The Bonsall Unified School District reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities of the order while maintaining the same price week to week, as it best suits the needs of the District. The District shall provide the Vendor with the number of pizzas to be delivered to each site no less than 4 days prior to delivery.
