12 EA Full service maintenance contract to furnish all labor, materials, tools, parts, equipment, and travel necessary for preventative maintenance, remedial maintenance, and repairs as specified. Herein, the contractor's fixed monthly price includes performance of all maintenance, including preventative, remedial, intervening calls, emergency calls, repair costs, parts, travel, and any other charges required to keep the attached listed equipment fully operational and maintained in a reliable working condition. Performance to be in accordance with specifications, terms and conditions and includes: Two preventive maintenance calls per year or the number of preventive maintenance specified by the OEM (whichever is the greater number of calls), unlimited intervening emergency calls, replacement parts, labor, and travel.
