• Assist supervisor/manager or higher-level professional in planning and implementing the MDHS Fatherhood Program, within the Child Support Enforcement Division. • Assist in organizing work processes to ensure the delivery of program services to noncustodial parent program participants. • Will communicate with Fatherhood program participants regarding program participation, requirements, referral to employment and job skill services, and other tasks as required. • Will be responsible for data collection and data entry regarding program participation and working with participants to meet their program requirements and deadlines. • Serve as a liaison between agency divisions, outside organizations, and the general public. • Assist Director with other duties and responsibilities which require the expertise of the Contractor as agreed upon by Contractor and Director.
