The State University Construction Fund is seeking statements of qualifications from firms to provide Construction Manager (CM) Agency � Services for the Rehabilitate Exterior Envelope Health Science Center project at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. The Project is for the exterior envelope rehabilitation of the Health Science Tower within the Health Science Center complex which is approximately 344,000 GSF. Constructed between 1971 and 1977, the building exterior envelope has not undergone any major rehabilitation since its construction. The Project will consist of a full fa�ade replacement including glazing and roof which will be replaced with a new rainscreen fa�ade, internal structural cross bracing, core and perimeter structural column, finishes, abatement of hazardous materials, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Submissions should emphasize the firm's significant past experience in providing construction phase CM services for public institutions and institutional clients in a complete and expeditious manner.
