A. All Catch Basins having sumps shall be completely cleaned. B. Catch Basins having a clearance of three (3) feet or greater from the outlet pipe invert to the surface of the deposited material shall not be cleaned however the contractor is still responsible for providing a Town of Ipswich: Catch Basin Inspection Sheet for the given catch basin and the bidder shall not receive any compensation for this inspection. C. The Contractor is to submit a daily list to the Public Works Office, Ipswich Town Hall at 25 Green Street, stating the location and number of basins inspected and cleaned with the following title, Town of Ipswich: Catch Basin Inspection Sheet for each basin attached. D. The Contractor shall have no guarantee of the number of basins to be cleaned under this contract. There are approximately 1,100 Catch Basins in the Town. The Contract may receive a request to clean catch basins on an as needed basis. E. All work performed must be to the satisfaction of the Public Works Director or his designee. F. The Contractor shall report to the Director of Public Works or his designee of any Catch Basins in need of repair or other maintenance...
