The following provides and overview of expected services or functional requirements required in the performance of this contract: The Contractor must have a professional level of functional and technical expertise to perform support services for Infor (Lawson) version 10.1.0.00 or newer, Financial, Procurement and Human Capital Management Applications (“the Applications”). To include specifically: RQC, PO, AP, EE, HR, PR, AR, GM, CB, GL, FB, AM. AC, Add-ns, Business Intelligence. The Contractor must provide consulting and knowledge transfer as it pertains to the functions and features within the CBJ’s Infor/Lawson product. All consulting services will be provided with best practices and will seek to advance better methods to configure and implement the Applications. Depending the extend of work required and the length of time, this contract’s Contractor may be asked to provide support for integration of new software with Infor/Lawson. An example of a recent project is the integration of Euna Solutions (Questica) budget software with Infor/Lawson. It is unknown at this time whether there will be more similar projects in the future. The Contractor will serve as a source of general support and knowledge resource for general client questions and will work to develop custom reports to supplement the Applications accessible through Infor/Lawson portal or Crystal reports accessible through dashboard.
