1.1 The Contractor shall provide the County with Waste-Refuse Collection Services to the locations and per the weekly and monthly pay rates identified in EXHIBIT C – MANDATORY COST PROPOSAL WORKSHEET. 1.2 The Contractor shall provide the County with all containers in the size, quantity, and pick- up schedule outlined in the Service Description column in EXHIBIT C – MANDATORY COST PROPOSAL WORKSHEET. 1.3 The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary and customary to complete the Waste-Refuse Collection Services. The weekly/monthly price shall be inclusive of all products and services provided under this contract. No additional service fees shall be accepted unless identified in EXHIBIT C – MANDATORY COST PROPOSAL WORKSHEET. 1.4 Regulatory Agencies: All services provided by Contractor are to be performed according to any and all codes and regulations of any agency, private or public, local, state, federal, or independent, having jurisdiction for such codes and regulations and any changes thereto during the contract peri
