Design Requirements and Specifications • Removal and disposal of current doors and operators. • Coordinate door removal and replacement with Fire Department Management to maintain station security. • Install 8 Clopay Series 904 Full View Aluminum Section Door fit to each door opening. o White in color o aluminum bottom sections and the rest of the door is full view glass o 1/8” Tempered glass o 3” RA o 72” high lift track o Solid shaft o 90 MPH wind load • Doors must operate within proper limits upon installation. • Install Door operators designed for the door installed. • Arrange and execute any necessary electrical work for the door operators, operation switches, and safety eyes, and main control station. • Arrange and execute any door opening jamb & header work needed. • Obtain proper Town of Fort Mill licenses and/or permits to conduct the work. • Include all warranty information and optional extended warranty information • Include pricing for bi-annual preventative maintenance during the first year after installation.
