The proposal is for electrical services for a sports lighting project at Gatchell’s Park located at 63 Lafayette St Marblehead, Massachusetts. This project is a public-private collaboration between Marblehead Youth Baseball, Marblehead Light Department, and owned by Recreation and Parks. Phase 1a of the project will be to make the final connections for twenty-seven (27) sports lights installed by MMLD and to replace a new timing system. The Electrician will need to coordinate with MMLD on installations dates as both the vendor and MMLD will be working in tandem. This is for electrical services only as the materials will be procured by The Town of Marblehead Recreation and Parks Department as they are being donated by Marblehead Youth Baseball The approved vendor is responsible for all required permits and inspections. Phase 1 is to be completed prior to June 15th 2025. Phase 1b of the project will be to make the final connections for thirty-three (33) sports lights installed by MMLD. The Electrician will need to coordinate with MLD on installations dates as both outfits should be working in tandem. This is for electrical services only as the materials will be procured by The Town of Marblehead Recreation and Parks Department based off a donating by Marblehead Youth baseball. Phase 1b will begin after September 1, 2025 and finish before October 1, 2025, weather permitting
