This contract will support the San Antonio River Authority’s Risk Mapping Assessment and Planning (Risk MAP), Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) and Conditional LOMR (CLOMR) Review Programs. The River Authority will be awarding contract(s) for Risk MAP services and for C/LOMR Services and firms are welcome to submit for both or one of the needs. Work includes hydrology and hydraulic modeling, floodplain mapping, Flood Risk Products, Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC), LOMR Map Attachments, and other related data development in compliance with Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and River Authority standards. The consultant will also provide training to River Authority staff and community partners on FEMA floodplain mapping, regulatory requirements, and related topics.
