The contractor shall provide ongoing maintenance, enhancement, and innovation for the UInteract solution for the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) and the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations (DOLIR) in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. The maintenance, enhancement, and innovation services shall include all services as are required to maintain and support the application, enhance/improve the system to keep up with industry standards, and innovative efforts to improve the application (including, but not limited to, additional microservices, additional cloud-centric architecture and the possible use of AI).
