This project includes five (5) production years - or “Annual Lots” – of ongoing programs. The DOP provides complete statewide orthoimagery coverage on a phased cycle. The DEP updates elevation Data through the collection of LIDAR point clouds. As part of its coordination role, ITS aims to coordinate DOP and DEP Data capture with other imagery and Data capture around the State. For example, ITS believes there are benefits to be gained through coordinating schedules and Data collection when oblique imagery capture is planned. Given the proximity of the estimated date for Contract award and the start of the Spring 2026 flight season, the successful Bidder must be prepared to quickly complete project planning and resource allocation. Specifications for the services required (Contract Services) are set forth below. Deliverables are described as Mandatory, Alternate, or Optional, with those terms explained below and defined in Appendix G – Glossary of Terms. Bidders must address all Deliverables in the Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal. ITS will choose the Deliverables required based on ITS’s needs and project budget.
