• Furnish and Install (2) new Bell & Gossett 1510 BF 10.5 4E Pumps and motors 20HP; installed in same location as existing pumps and motors (replacing B&G Serial #C142435-01M11) • Shaft grounding kit on new pumps • Demo of old pumps (Assumes old pumps are grouted in) and disposal • Replace valve on each pump circuit • Includes pipe fabrication and install for new pumps, installation and connection to suction and discharge lines • Insulation of new pipe and pumps as required • Balance and Laser Alignment of new pumps • Grouting of pumps after alignment • Verify Operation • Assume use of Owner’s forklift and other onsite material handling devices • Assume installation of pumps sequentially so no more than one pump is out of service at any time • Estimated project dates May 2025-December 31, 2025
