a. All grass areas shall be mowed and edged once a week during growing season, April through October. The grounds shall be maintained to the property lines. Mowing height shall be kept at 3”. During dormant season (November – March) grass will be maintained as needed to maintain a neat appearance. b. All weeds will be kept eradicated by chemical and/or manual treatment of the lawns and flower and shrub beds. d.
