The Clinton Community School District is now accepting sealed bids on the recently completed building/trades single-family home located at 600 River King Rd., Clinton, Iowa, until 12:00 P.M., May 8, 2025. The new 3-bedroom, 2-bath house is 1,674 sq. ft. with an unfinished basement, and is being sold in its completed condition “as is” with no further construction to be completed. It is the responsibility of each bidder to conduct any and all inspections of the property prior to bidding. The house has already been inspected and a copy of the report will be made available upon request. This is new construction, CCSD does not make any express or implied warranties of any kind or nature, except that the house has been constructed in a good and workmanlike manner free of material defects and unsafe conditions. Sealed bids, proof of financing or available cash funds, and $1,000 earnest money in cash, or certified or cashier’s check must be submitted to the Clinton Administration Center, 1401 12th Ave N. by the due date. Contingent offers will not be accepted. Clinton Schools reserve the right to reject all bids. The earnest money will be refunded on any rejected bids.
