Repair services for vending equipment located in the NYS Commission for the Blind (CB) Business Enterprise Program (BEP) vending and food service facilities across four regions of New York State. The vendor will provide maintenance as follows: Requested services for the majority of locations must be performed between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Some locations may require services after hours, on weekends, and holidays. All repair work must be performed on-site by an authorized agent of the awarded contractor. DOCCS locations require prior notification and approval of any service, persons, and equipment coming onto the site, see Attachment 3 – DOCCS Specific Terms. The successful bidder must accept service requests within 12 hours of receiving a written request for repairs from a member of the CB/BEP regional staff. Technicians and assistants performing work at any CB/BEP location must avoid disruption or interference with normal vending operations to the greatest extent possible and must complete repairs as quickly as reasonably possible to prevent downtime of equipment.
