The project includes, but is not limited to the following: a. Remove and properly dispose of the existing asphalt shingles (approximately 2,000 SF total), from the shop building. To include felt underlayment, flashing, drip edge, etc., down to bare roof sheathing. b. Inspect roof sheathing, and replace any deteriorated wood as directed by the DNR Project Manager on a unit price basis. (See Unit Price #1). c. Remove and safely store Lightning rods and cables and reinstall after new shingles have been installed. d. Remove and replace furnace pipe and flashing. e. Provide and install approximately 2,000 SF of asphalt architectural shingles, which shall be installed as a shingle roofing system eligible for a GAF System Plus Limited Warranty (or an approved equal). f. Inspect rake and fascia board, replace any deteriorated wood as directed by the DNR Project Manager on a unit price basis. (See Unit Price #2) g. Provide and install approximately 100 LF aluminum wrapping on rake board and approximately 80 LF on the fascia board.
