Contractor shall conduct efficient, competitive Online Reverse Auction services for Authorized Users. Contractor shall meet the following staffing, service and software requirements for Auction Events during the term of any Contract resulting from this Solicitation. Staffing. Contractor shall provide adequate staffing to support competitive Online Reverse Auction services to Authorized Users. A. Contractor’s staffing levels shall be adequate to enable timely completion of a scheduled Auction Event in the event of illness or other causes hindering completion by initially assigned staff. B. Contractor shall provide adequate personnel on site at the Auction Event to set up and operate the hardware and software and make required adjustments (e.g., pricing errors, and/or technical errors or repairs). C. Contractor’s staff shall be at the site of the Auction Event prior to the advertised and scheduled start time of the auction so the scheduled event begins timely. Services. Contractor shall provide the following Online Reverse Auction services to Authorized Users. A. Contractor shall implement Online Reverse Auctions at a client’s designated location. B. Contractor shall provide information to an Authorized User regarding whether certain products and services are appropriate to purchase with Reverse Auctions and how to best utilize an Online Reverse Auction as part of a competitive procurement.
