Prevailing Wages: Contractors must follow the requirements as defined by the State of Michigan, Prevailing Wage Rates for State Funded Projects. Wage rates and fringe benefits to be paid to each trade contractor and all subcontractors in the amounts not less than the wage and fringe benefit rate prevailing in the location in which the work is to be performed, at the time the work is performed. Current rates are included in this package, however, Contractor shall contact the State of Michigan to acquire the most current rates.
