The contractor will be responsible for all work related to the installation of the fence, including but not limited to: ● Site Preparation: Clearing and grading, if necessary, to ensure the fence line is free of obstacles. ● Materials Supply: Providing all materials needed for the installation, including posts, rails, chain link fabric, gates, and hardware. ● Fence Installation: Installing fence posts, chain link fabric, gates, and all necessary components to create a continuous fence line. ● Site Clean-Up: Removing all debris generated by the installation and restoring the area around the fence to a clean condition. ● Final Inspection: Conducting a walk-through with the project manager to verify the work has been completed to specifications.
