The consultant should have the capabilities of providing professional civil engineering services. The consultant shall have experience in dredging, sweeping/cleaning, and hydroseeding as part of a naturebased solution to help with water quality and bank stabilization. The consultant will be responsible for the following pre-construction deliverables but not limited to: · Topographic Survey · Bi-weekly Design Updates · Meet with Parish representative(s) and drainage boards (where applicable) to develop scope of improvement · Geotechnical Investigation · Design Report including all engineering calculations · Provide Project Progress plan sets, calculations, and specifications (30%, 60%, 90%) · Cost Analysis · Complete set of signed and sealed final design plans (100%) Due by August 15, 2025 · Permits as applicable
