State Fair Community College (SFCC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to design, furnish, install, and commission a new professional-grade sound reinforcement system for the Fred E. Davis Multipurpose Center (MPC). The existing sound system, which has been in place since the facility's construction, is outdated and no longer meets the needs of the diverse events held within the MPC. This project includes the complete removal and disposal of the existing system and the installation of a new, comprehensive solution. The MPC serves as a versatile venue hosting athletic competitions (basketball, volleyball), community events, job fairs, concerts, and various other gatherings. The new sound system must provide clear, intelligible audio for spoken words, impactful sound reinforcement for music, and flexible control options to accommodate these varied uses.
