Construction of a pump station building with an initial firm capacity of 1,100 gallons per minute and a buildout firm capacity of 2,200 gallons per minute; installation of three (3) vertical turbine pumps, motors, variable frequency drives, piping, valves, and associated appurtenances; installation of two (2) vertical turbine pumps, motors, variable frequency drives, piping, valves, and associated appurtenances are included as alternate bid items. • Construction of a chemical feed building with chemical feed equipment, piping, valves, and associated appurtenances. • Construction of one (1) 0.5-million-gallon precast wire wound prestressed concrete ground storage tank. • Installation of one (1) 25,000-gallon hydropneumatic tank with connections and room for a future 25,000-gallon hydropneumatic tank. • Installation of all electrical, instrumentation, and controls required to operate the facility. • Installation of two (2) packaged wall-mounted air conditioning units. • All architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and site civil work required to construct the pump station facility as described in the Contract Documents. • Installation of two (2) 16” water lines by trenchless construction method across Eldorado Parkway (F.M. 720) with connections to an existing 16” water line. • Installation of one (1) 550kW diesel engine generator is included as an alternate bid item. • Construction of screening wall and fencing improvements on the adjacent well site is included as an alternate bid item. • Installation of the ground storage tank coating system as well as two options for ground storage tank architectural treatments are included as separate alternate bid items.
