A. Legal Services 1. The PROVIDER shall provide a full range of legal services to assist clients experiencing domestic violence, exiting abusive relationships, and assisting in a safe transition from DV shelters into the community, including but not limited to the following activities. 2. The PROVIDER shall provide clients with legal services related to: a. Family law. i. Divorce, ii. Child Custody, iii. Establishing paternity, iv. Temporary restraining orders, v. Filing for child support. b. Housing i. landlord/tenant disputes, ii. eviction defense, iii. preservation of housing subsidies. c. Power of Attorney. d. Filing crime victim compensation applications. B. Advocacy Services 1. The PROVIDER shall assist in advocating for clients experiencing domestic violence, exiting abusive relationships, and assisting in a safe transition from DV shelters into the community, including but not limited to the following activities. 2. The PROVIDER shall provide clients with advocacy services related to: a. Public Assistance Benefits i. SNAP, ii. TANF, iii. Social Security benefits, iv. Consumer protection.
