Scope of Work: 1. Remove existing windows. Contractor to dispose. 2. New windows to be installed shall be silver powdercoat to match anodized aluminum, single hung, with clear insulated low e glass. Match sample in 7A. Quaker Keystone K200 Series. 3. Frame depth shall be a minimum of 3 ¼ “. 4. Glazing to be ¾’ insulated glass. 5. Main frame of window to be at least 2 3/8”. 0.062 wall thickness of frame and sash. 6. All new windows must be caulked with 100 percent silicone caulking. 7. Upon completion, apply a final bead of exterior caulk where window meets frame. Install backer rod where needed. Patch holes where old storm windows were removed. 8. Contractor will need to furnish at least a 10-year window warranty. 9. Contractor is responsible for securing the work site daily as well as cleaning of job site daily. No debris shall be left unattended and shall be removed daily. No window space left open at end of each day. 10. Contractor shall furnish a one-year installation warranty on labor. 11. Contractor to remove and reinstall blinds upon completion of job. 12. Contractor shall submit window sample to be used during bid.
