1. Demolition – This work includes demolition of existing curbs, walks, and other items in order to remove existing site items that conflict with the proposed improvements. 2. Site Preparation – This work includes clearing, grubbing, and grading that are required to construct the proposed improvements. 3. Stormwater Sewers – This work includes the construction of new street inlets and connecting them to existing sewer lines. In addition, this work requires adjusting existing manholes and inlets to proposed grades, sewer lines, pipes, and manholes. 4. Curbs – This work includes installing new concrete curbs. 5. Walks and Curb Ramps – This work includes the construction of concrete walks and curb ramps. 6. Concrete speed cushions – This work includes sawcutting and removal of existing pavement as required, and construction of concrete speed cushions, including all associated signage, striping, or other required safety measures. 7. Utility Adjustments – This work includes adjusting utility appurtenances to proposed grades. 8. Site Restoration – This work includes the permanent restoration of all project areas. This includes the removal of construction debris and waste, and fine grading of the project sites as required. 9. Signage and Traffic Control Plans – This work includes installing traffic control signs and pavement markings.
