1. Structural Engineering Design & Analysis • Develop structural engineering plans, specifications, and construction documents for new buildings, renovations, and retrofits. • Perform structural load analysis, including dead loads, live loads, wind loads, and seismic forces, to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. • Design structural systems using steel, concrete, masonry, timber, and other construction materials, considering durability, cost-efficiency, and sustainability. • Assess existing structures for remodeling, expansion, or structural modifications, ensuring safety and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Conduct seismic evaluations in accordance with national and local seismic design criteria, including ASCE 7, ASCE 41, and applicable building codes. • Develop seismic retrofit solutions to enhance the structural performance of existing buildings and critical infrastructure. • Perform detailed structural calculations and modeling to ensure designs meet safety, performance, and regulatory standards.
