2. Detailed Specifications The consulting services provided must adhere to the following specifications and standards: 2.1 General Requirements A. The consultant must have experience in higher education consulting, demonstrating a successful track record over the past five years in similar projects. B. The consultant must possess team members with relevant degrees and certifications in disciplines pertinent to the services requested, including but not limited to: education, architecture, engineering, finance, and technology. C. Consultants must also comply with all applicable state and federal regulations, standards, and codes that pertain to higher education institutions in California. 2.2 Specific Service Areas A. Educational Planning: o Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies for educational programs. o Develop strategies for academic program development and implementation. o Provide recommendations on best practices for curriculum design and program evaluation. B.
