1. Site Development & Infrastructure Design o Develop detailed civil engineering plans for site improvements, grading, and utility infrastructure. o Design storm water management, drainage systems, and Low Impact Development (LID) design ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. o Provide roadway, parking lot, and traffic circulation design, including traffic impact studies, surveys, and analysis. 2. Surveying & Legal Documentation o Conduct as-built surveys to document existing site conditions. o Prepare legal descriptions and exhibits for easements, land acquisitions, and right-of-way dedications. 3. Regulatory Compliance & Environmental Services o Develop and implement Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) to minimize environmental impact. o Provide Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP) services, including on-site monitoring, inspections, and compliance reporting. o Ensure projects adhere to all applicable environmental and permitting requirements.
