The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: • Removing existing automotive lift and section of storage area fencing within plant • Provide 50mmBTU temporary HTHW generator including removing from delivery trailer and placing in location indicated on bidding documents • Provide breeching and stack for temporary generator including roof penetration for stack. • Provide HTHW supply and return connections to/from temporary HTHW generator • Provide fueling systems connections to temporary generator (natural gas and fuel oil) • Provide auxiliary systems connections to temporary generator (compressed air, control air, and blowdown) • Provide electrical connections for temporary generator from Motor Control Center • Maintain rental contract for temporary boiler for 2025-2026 Heating Season (October 2025 – June 2026). • New temporary boiler must be set up, running, and supplying HTHW to campus no later than November 01, 2025. • Disconnection/dismantling of temporary boiler at end of heating season noted above. • Coordination with SUCF contractor working on concurrent project (replacing three existing boilers and associated controls).
