The Annual Preventative Maintenance & Repair Service Contract must include: o Service Engineer to be on site within 48 hours after best efforts are made to diagnose the issues and determine the needed repair and parts. o Service agreement price must include: ▪ Scheduled Preventative Maintenance of 1 visit per year for each piece of equipment. ▪ Hardware Repairs must be with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certified parts. ▪ All travel, labor, and materials expenses for on-site service. o Software updates to the most current version available must be installed within 60 days of release. o This plan includes the number of preventive maintenance visit per year listed above for each piece of equipment and all repair or replacement of parts and module failures. o Please note that equipment can be added or deleted through the term of agreement
