A. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 4:30 pm. B. Contractor must coordinate access to the site with the TMD Project Manager (see page 18 for contact information): 1. Contractor must call the TMD Project Manager upon arrival at location to check in. 2. Contractor must call the TMD Project Manager prior to departure from location (Check In/Check Out) C. Contractor must ensure that all items, and debris, that require disposal are removed from the site and are disposed of in accordance with all Federal, State, and local laws, rules, and regulations. D. Contractor must provide daily cleanup. E. Contractor must keep a clean and safe work area at all times. F. Contractor must mitigate/isolate dust in work area at all times. G. Contractor must clean up and dispose of all debris related to, but not necessarily identified, upon completion of all work covered in the SOW. H. Contractor must ensure all rules, laws, and regulations are followed when transporting and disposing of any items generated from the statement of work. 1. No unused oil, antifreeze, or other petroleum products will remain on location. 2. No used oil, antifreeze, or other petroleum products will remain on location. 3. Contractor will haul all unused and waste products off location at the end of the workday. I. Contractor must ensure that TMD has first rights to any salvageable materials. J. Contractor must always enforce Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
