This Event is issued by the State University of New York at Stony Brook (herein after referred to as "SUNY”) to solicit proposals to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment and services to perform regular on call maintenance and repair/retrofits/and or replacements of existing Reciprocating, Non-reciprocating and Scroll Air Compressors, Air Dryers, After Coolers, Intercoolers and Receiver Tanks in accordance with the manufactures recommendation's, (O&M manuals) and technical bulletins. All compressors and components are located on the main campus of Stony Brook University, campus Residential, R&D campus, Southampton Campus and other off-site properties belonging to, managed or operated by the State University of New York at Stony Brook, Stony Brook, NY 11794, services as herein described delivered NET FOB Destination in accordance with SUNY at Stony Brook 24/25-157MC and Exhibits A (Standard Contract Clauses), A-1 (Affirmative Action Clauses), Exhibit D (Non-Collusive Bidding Certification), Exhibit E (EO 177 Certification), Exhibit H (N.Y. State Finance Law §139-l Certification), Exhibit N (Subcontracting Form), Exhibit L (Procurement Lobbying Law), Exhibit R (Certification Under Executive Order No.16), PRC 2025002877, Exhibit T (ST-220) and Exhibit V (Vendor Responsibility) attached hereto and made part of this proposal. These services are needed to begin on or about September 1st, 2025.
