We require a service that can deliver La Habra senior residents from their households to locations throughout Orange County (i.e. hospitals, dentists, grocery stores), as well as to programs at the La Habra Community Center. Our goal is to provide a service that is consistent, dependable, and operates efficiently to provide a viable alternative option to a personal automobile. The City of La Habra will provide vehicles sufficient for the transportation of Seniors to the La Habra Community Center, however the contractor may also elect to use their own vehicles, subject to quality guidelines established by OCTA and the City. For on-demand cab services, the contractor must utilize their own fleet of vehicles to provide this service.
