1. Land Surveying & Mapping Services o Conduct boundary, topographic, and ALTA/NSPS land title surveys. o Perform construction staking and layout for site improvements, utilities, and structures. o Provide as-built surveys to document existing conditions and verify compliance with design plans. 2. Monument Preservation & Recording o Identify, preserve, and document existing survey monuments, benchmarks, and control points. o Record and file necessary documents with local agencies in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. 3. Utility and Underground Locating & Investigation o Locate, identify, and map underground and overhead utilities to support design and construction. o Conduct utility investigations using records research, field verification, and coordination with utility providers. o Utilize advanced locating methods, such as ground-penetrating radar (GPR) and electromagnetic detection, to identify subsurface features. o Verify the depth, material, and alignment of existing underground utilities and structures.
