A. The Mystic River Boathouse Park Building Demolition Project consists of: Coordination with house relocation contractor, helical pile contractor, site concrete contractor, site work contractor and new boathouse contractor. Erosion and Sediment control installation and maintenance as shown on the Boathouse Park Plans and as necessary to facilitate demolition activities; installation and maintenance of the construction entrance and access road; level crushed stone pad under the temporary house location; capping and or termination of existing utilities; house water service shall remain operational, provide hydrant at grade for use during construction; removal of the wood framed structure, basement slab, selective demolition of foundation walls, and demolition and or stabilization of the existing tunnel under Route 27; selective demolition of the existing house structure; selective demolition of the house foundation and demolition of the basement slab once the house is relocated and as shown and described in the Contract Documents. B. Work Under Separate Packages/Contracts: 1. House relocation ITB #2025-003B a. The Contractor will be responsible for coordinating with the house moving contractor. 1) House relocation includes preparation of the existing building foundation and surrounding grades to successfully lift the house off of the existing foundation and relocate the house to a temporary location on the northwest side of the property. The house will remain in this location until the helical pile, concrete caps and grade beams (by Helical and Site Concrete Contractors) and precast foundations (by New Boathouse Contractor) are installed.
