The Erie County Department of Public Works – Division of Buildings and Grounds (herein also referred to as “The County”) on behalf of Erie Community College (ECC) is seeking Qualification Statements for an Architectural & Engineering consultant to provide on-call professional services related to the project described above. Services to be provided are on-call for the Erie County Dept. of Public Works, and/or any other Erie County Department by request. Project locations include ECC North and City Campuses. In general, the work will include, but is not limited to, main and branch electrical panels, lighting, plumbing valves and controls including domestic hot water system, heat pumps, HVAC equipment and controls, exhaust systems, fire protection systems, abating/replacing/expanding public restrooms, fuel tank testing, repairs and removal, and miscellaneous related work as required.
