1) Approximately 1.40 miles of placing and grading soil cement base including prime on Lake Way Road. The contractor will be responsible for designing soil cement mix based on test sampling of subgrade. Project begins at intersection of Hwy 319 and ends at Lovette Road. Soil Cement base width is 26 feet and 6 inches in depth Prime and sand 2) Approximately 1.40 miles of triple surface treatment paving on Lake Way Road using #5, #7, and #89 stones along with a Cationic Polymer Modified Rapid Curing Fog Seal. Fog seal shall be placed on project within one week of #89 stone placement. Project begins at Hwy 319 and ends at Lovette Road. Fog Seal applied at rate of .12 gallons per SY over top of #89 stone Approximately 19,712 SY Pavement width is 24 feet Temporary center line striping and permanent 5 “center and edge striping
