Services provided at the specified park and community center locations include removal of yard/tree debris and trash, regular grass cutting, raking, and trimming of overgrown areas. This also includes edging walkways, pathways, and parking areas, as well as weed eating and pruning of trees and shrubs as needed. Grass, leaves, and debris will not be blown toward wooded areas or natural spaces. Concrete areas, patios, and gathering spaces will be blown clean, and leaves will be removed throughout the fall season to maintain a tidy appearance. The landscaping firm is expected to provide mulch, pine straw, or weed control barriers as required, along with all necessary equipment to complete the tasks. Any additional work or materials beyond the scope of this maintenance agreement will be charged separately.
