The State seeks to contract with a financial institution having the experience and resources to provide services to the State of Arkansas for its existing purchasing card (P-Card) and travel card (T-Card) programs, (collectively hereinafter referred to as “Commercial Card Program”) for participating State agencies, public institutions of higher education, political subdivisions, and local public procurement units (“Participating Entities”) under the direction of the Statewide Program Administrator. The State seeks a Commercial Card Program that provides the greatest financial benefit to the State, as well as user-friendly access to data, reporting, and overall services for the Statewide Program Administrator and cardholders statewide.
