1.1. The County of San Diego (County), Department of Public Works (DPW) has a requirement for asphalt products on an asneeded basis for Lot 1 Division I and Lot 2 Division 2. 1.2. DPW will pick up asphalt orders at the vendor's site locations around the County based on their distance from the project location; no delivery of the product is required. 1.3.
