The Contractor shall: 4.1.1 Provide all personnel, diagnostic equipment, materials, tools, expendable items, personnel protective equipment and transportation necessary for the proper execution and completion of inspection, maintenance and repair services. Contractor shall conform to the latest industry standards and comply with all Federal, State and Local laws, City of Austin ordinances, rules and regulations. 4.1.2 Maintain all equipment covered under this contract at a level of performance equal to that in the published specifications for the equipment when originally purchased. 4.1.3 Be able to perform work onsite and offsite. 4.1.4 Contractor shall be available to provide phone support 24 hours a day and 7 calendar days a week. Contractor shall provide on-site service within seven (7) calendar days from initial request for service. 4.1.5 Respond, schedule, and begin repairs for service within twenty-four (24) hours from time of request for service. In the event that the Contractor cannot meet the specified response time, the Contractor will notify the POC or his designee within twelve (12) hours of request for service.
