The Waterbury Superior Courthouse Garage Repair Project includes, but is not limited to, concrete wash repairs on Level 4, new deck membrane on Level 4, concrete repairs at all levels of the south stair tower, new caulking, spall repairs and concrete crack repairs throughout the parking garage, precast tee-beam broken flange connection repairs, concrete curb repairs at the south stairs, deck drain and plumbing repairs, metal door repairs, remove and replace the existing fire sprinkler system on Level 1 and new garage handicap parking signage and garage line stripping. Install backbox, conduit, and wire for receptacles at each cameral location. In addition, includes backbox and conduit to accessible ceiling for communication wiring at each camera location.
