Description: State Project Number 44FA0035 Quinn and Smith BAS Upgrades for MN State Academy for the Deaf A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, Demolition and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Replacement of existing controllers with new controllers for all existing dual duct vav boxes (DDVAV). Replacement of existing damper actuators with new actuators for each DDVAV box. 2. Replacement of existing wall-mounted space temperature sensors with new sensors without local override throughout the buildings. 3. Control and monitoring of existing exhaust fans associated with existing perimeter RH units. 4. Replacement of controllers with new controllers for all existing unit heaters (UH) and cabinet unit heater (CUH). 5. Modification of the existing BAS graphics to match the newer graphics from the recent Security Corridor project. All new software licenses necessary for the upgrade.
