The Project is generally described of completing one Gulf Coast Aquifer Water Well by drilling 1,410 feet of 8 3/4-inch pilot borehole; set of geophysical logs (one triple-combo suite of logs); reaming or drilling approximately 1,050 feet of 26-inch diameter borehole; furnishing, installing, and pressure cementing approximately 1,092 feet of 20-inch steel casing; underreaming approximately 320 feet of 24-inch diameter borehole beneath the casing; furnishing and installing approximately 215 feet of 14-inch steel liner and 215 feet of 14-inch pipe-based stainless steel screen; furnishing and installing approximately 410 feet of filter pack; 200 hours of development via air lift pumping with surge block; 36-hour aquifer test, including recovery; water quality sample from the constructed well, including three consecutive passing bacteria samples; furnishing and installing a 2,000 gpm vertical turbine lineshaft pump with 250 H.P. motor on 400 feet of 10-inch steel column pipe; and completing the wellhead with concrete pad and accessories up to the water meter
